(refillable) foraging toy for a small bird!

Doesn't actually work

I was so excited to find a foraging toy suitable for a small bird! Unfortunately... the chain was cut a link or two too short, and as a result, it's so tight that the top 'lid' of the cup is too tight to lift, *AT ALL*, making it totally useless. Great idea, but needs some common sense quality control.
